Laetitia Hélouet joins INSEEC U. as Director of HEIP (Higher International & Political Studies). Her mission is to develop the school and manage the Paris and Lyon sites with all external and internal stakeholders. With its top-notch faculty, HEIP offers its students a comprehensive approach to political science, international relations, the media and communication to enable them to enter a multitude of professions in the public sector, private groups, the media and NGOs: director of public and institutional affairs, journalist, communication manager, parliamentary assistant, international civil servant (UNHCR, UNDP…), etc.
Laetitia Hélouet also directs the CEDS The Center for Diplomatic and Strategic Studies, HEIP’s executive education program for working professionals in the fields of defense, diplomacy, cybersecurity and conflict resolution.
Laetitia Hélouet is a senior civil servant and a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Rennes and of the Institut National des Etudes Territoriales (INET). Laetitia began her career at the Ministry of Economy and Finance before assuming general management functions in the social sector in Seine-Saint-Denis for nearly ten years. In 2016, she joined the Court of Auditors as a Rapporteur in the Labor, Employment, Vocational Training section. At the same time, she serves as Rapporteur for the Ethics Committees of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Very involved in the associative sector, she is president of the Club 21e Siècle, an association that promotes diversity and equal opportunity. She is also a member of the Orientation Council of the Palais de la Porte Dorée.
This appointment is part of HEIP’s strong expansion over the past several years, thanks to the development of its two programs: “Public Affairs and Institutional Management” and “Management of Organizations and International Relations.”
