The training aims to teach students the following assignments:
- To steer the management of the establishment and its projects with the construction of the budget, the development of dashboards of piloting of the activity, the piloting of the activity of the establishment via the PMSI (program of medicalization of the information systems)
- Organise and ensure the development of e-health projects in an establishment by integrating them into the construction and updating of the establishment’s project in line with the needs of the territory and the strategic orientations of the structure, the construction of care projects, life projects or personalised support projects, the setting up of development projects and areas for improvement in the establishment’s activity
- Manage e-health projects in accordance with the environmental and regulatory specificities of the sector, taking into account all regulatory constraints
- Based on market studies and technical constraints, define a health product/service or a range of products/services adapted to the objectives in terms of economic and technical feasibility
- Managing the human resources of an establishment or a project: managing the payroll, recruiting and managing the necessary skills, developing skills, developing work cycles and schedules, leading and coordinating teams
