What is the classic MSc program?

The MSc in International Corporate Finance courses are taught by PhD-holding research professors and professionals familiar with corporate finance issues. This ensures the right balance between the acquisition of fundamental theoretical knowledge and the development of market-driven skills.

During your two-year Master’s degree, you will take the following courses, for example:

What is the Fast Track program?

ESCE’s Fast Track program is designed for students who have already completed their first year of a Master’s degree.

It allows you to obtain your MSc in a year and a half instead of two, and includes periods of classroom study and work placements spread over four semesters.

These are designed as follows:

1st semester (January to June): general courses;
2nd semester (September to January): specialization courses;
3rd semester (January to April): specialization courses;
4th semester (April to October): internship and dissertation.

The MSc International Corporate Finance can be taken as a Fast Track course.

What is the degree awarded by the MSc in International Corporate Finance?

By following this program, you will obtain an MSc degree at 2nd year postgraduate level. This diploma is accredited by the CGE (Conférence des Grandes Ecoles) and enables you to assume positions of responsibility in a wide variety of companies and organizations.

How to apply for the MSc classique?

To apply for the first year of the MSc International Corporate Finance program, you need to have obtained 180 ECTS credits, i.e. a 3rd year undergraduate in a related field.

You can also go straight into the second year of the MSc if you have 240 ECTS credits and a 1st year postgraduate level.

To apply, you’ll need to compile an application file containing your CV, a covering letter, transcripts of your last two years’ studies, copies of previous diplomas and an English language certificate. You will then undergo a personal interview.

What are the admission requirements for the MSc Fast Track?

To apply for the MSc Fast Track, you need to have completed a 1st year postgraduate or obtained 240 ECTS credits.

Is it possible to study abroad during the MSc in International Corporate Finance?

The MSc International Corporate Finance does not include semesters abroad. However, you can gain international experience by completing a six-month internship with a foreign company at the end of your studies. In this way, you can discover new cultures, gain professional experience and travel as part of your studies at ESCE.
