Twenty years ago, INSEEC opened specialized Masters of Science and MBA programs in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Chambéry and London, based on the expertise of its faculty and the reputation of the Master in Management (MIM) program. These programs take one or two years to complete and are certified by the RNCP (French National Institute of Professional Studies) at level 7. 8 areas of expertise are offered: Digital, Finance, Sports, Management & Business Development, Luxury & Wine, Communication, Marketing & Management, Health & Human Resources.

The ambition of this program is to enable students to acquire a mastery of the fundamentals of corporate finance and governance on the one hand, as well as the financing to support the strategic development of the company on the other hand. TRAINING OBJECTIVES
+ Compare the sources of financing for companies and their impact on the financial structure
+ Based on the scenarios developed, know how to examine the trade-offs to be made in the investment and financing choices
+ From the strategic diagnosis of a company, proposing recommendations in order to achieve the objectives of the parties
+ From the financial diagnosis of the company, understand and analyze merger and acquisition operations in order to decipher the financial packages, especially those with and without financial leverage
+ Continue and deepen e-learning courses in French and/or English on specialized computer tools and terminals for market operators
