The ministerial circular now authorizes the return of students to the universities, subject to a 20% limit.
All of our students are welcomed one day a week starting February1st .
Our pedagogical and supervisory staff also prepare our Spring in-class courses in compliance with the required gauges.
This first step is essential for our young people, who are particularly affected by the breakdown of their social ties, and is a key moment to remobilize them and ensure that they continue their learning.
In order to support the students most affected by isolation, especially our international students, our teams continue to offer workshops outside of class time, as well as opportunities to exchange and share experiences.
Concerning international mobility, the new recommendations of the MAE strongly advise against any travel from abroad to France and from France to abroad, until further notice.
Our campuses in London and San Francisco, as well as our partner universities, therefore continue to offer digital solutions.

Following the announcement of the President of the Republic, our schools in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux and Chambéry are switching all their courses to distance learning as of November 2.
Only the practical work of our Engineering Sciences and Creation programs will be given on site, in strict compliance with health regulations, as stipulated in the circular of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
Our campuses also remain accessible to teachers who wish to benefit from IT equipment to deliver their courses in the best conditions for our students, as well as to staff whose activity can only be carried out efficiently on site.
Our teams remain mobilized so that this new period of confinement impacts as little as possible the progress of this first academic semester. In particular, new developments in our pedagogical continuity plan have been implemented since this summer: massive production of e-learning courses, training of teachers in the animation of synchronous courses and creation of a resource center, IT investments, deployment of a remote exam monitoring solution…
We will update this general information according to the health evolution. The School Directors will communicate to their students and their families by email a detailed statement of the situation and the conditions of their studies.

Dear all,
A new academic year is starting at INSEEC U. with a total of 157 new students who will be attending classes.
The teams at our 16 schools spent the summer guiding our candidates in their choice of studies and preparing to welcome our students in France and abroad, in a secure setting, offering them learning conditions adapted to the context of the COVID-19: campuses arranged to regulate the flow, health protocol involving the mandatory wearing of masks and regular sanitation of the premises, gradual evolution of the teaching model allowing the implementation of alternative plans according to changes in governmental instructions, portfolio of digital services, support by covid referents.
The technologies used in distance learning and e-learning are designed to guarantee interactivity and quality of exchanges in synchronous mode, learner engagement through the diversity of activities and self-evaluation in asynchronous mode.
These measures are part of the ambitious project of pedagogical transformation that leads us to develop innovation for the success of our 28,000 students.
In this regard, we would like to salute the unfailing involvement of our entire community, teachers and administrators, whose collective work allows our institution to continue to carry out its educational mission.

Dear all,
As the decontamination phase has begun, I am getting back in touch with you to share the directions our institution has taken with the management committee and the thoughts we have for the months ahead.
More than ever, our priority remains the safety and health of all and our duty of social responsibility. These include continuing to work remotely at least until June 2. As the return of students to our campuses is not expected before September, we have decided for the first three weeks to favor telecommuting for most of our staff and to reserve access to our sites for employees who have difficulty carrying out their assignments at home and for those whose face-to-face work is required for the proper conduct of our business. Thus, only some of our campuses have reopened and strict standards are applied, particularly with regard to the reception of the public.
However, continuing education is gradually taking over from initial training. Information meetings organized on our campuses alternate with our digital JPOs… This means that we continue to communicate regularly via digital tools. Beyond the initiatives put in place by the schools and the Human Resources Department to stay connected despite the distance, it is important today to preserve the unity within our collective despite the splintering of our community and to consider reinstating a face-to-face mode of operation, at least in part.
Faced with the main uncertainty about the constraints that will weigh on the management of the new school year, this present imperative must be understood as being able to continue and push us to anticipate a revolution of our activity according to a double face-to-face/remote modality. The organization of work as well as the pedagogical dimension. A surge in digital learning in particular, both synchronous and asynchronous, is to be expected. Its success with our Executive Education students, but also since March 16, with all our students, invites us to develop it widely through pedagogical innovations taking into account the feedback from our faculty and students and to associate it with an online service offer. We will also need to give more recognition to the most innovative teachers and the most impactful practices.
It is a new era for each of us, but also for higher education: we will be committed to accompanying its advent by pursuing our educational mission in order to offer our graduates the best opportunities for their future. As we are committed to each member of our community, our teaching and support teams continue to inform you about the impact of this global crisis and our upcoming academic year through publications and news webinars, and our students continue to mobilize through civic initiatives. Dear all,
The first containment episode is coming to an end. As we look back on this key period when we had to switch 100% of our teaching online, we are happy to have succeeded in guaranteeing pedagogical continuity for all our courses, in all disciplines.
While having to deal with a new work context and personal situations often subject to strong constraints, the INSEEC U. teams, driven by their passion for their profession, have been able to put in place solutions adapted to distance learning for each of the programs offered on our 10 campuses.
Supported by the digital expertise of our continuing education center, IFG Executive Education, our 15 schools have put together an online educational offering that enables our institution to continue its teaching mission for its 28,000 students and learners, whether they are in a traditional or sandwich course, in France or, for our international students, back in their home country.
Online courses, distance learning courses, case studies, certificates validating blocks of competencies recognized by the RNCP at levels 6 and 7 to replace internships: the content is ready to face the extension of the confinement, as are the evaluation mechanisms to ensure that our students validate their semester. As for the e-learning platform, it has been resized to support the increase in simultaneous connections (18,000 in the last few days) and a 20-fold increase in the number of downloads.
The first feedback from our students is very positive, with excellent attendance and participation rates. The students are eager to continue their learning and to break the isolation caused by the unprecedented situation they have been experiencing for the past two weeks.
Our staff is also committed to developing activities that allow them to connect beyond the academic realm with the school, their teachers and their peers, encouraging creativity and sharing experiences.
Our future students are not forgotten. Digital open houses are held regularly to allow our teams to continue to inform families about our programs and the study options available to them.
We remain attentive to the needs and concerns of our community, as it is now important to maintain the effort over time. This is the new challenge we have to face. We approach it with determination and confidence. The exchange of best practices and the lessons learned during this period will be used to enrich the educational experience as of the beginning of the next school year.

Since the outbreak of the Covid-19 crisis, we have been closely monitoring the situation and complying with the directives of the relevant authorities and health agencies.
Today, in line with recent government decisions and In order to protect the health of all, we confirm the closure of our campuses (with the exception of lFG Executive Education, our professional training facility), in France and abroad as of Monday March 16th and until further notice.
Our teams, although the majority of them will be teleworking from March 16, are mobilized to organize the continuity of our activity by deploying online solutions. Our priority is to allow all our students (including international students who would like to return to their country) to complete their semester at a distance and obtain their credits.
We are in regular contact with our community to keep them informed of the measures our institution is taking. During the week of March 16, the directors of all our schools will communicate with our students and their parents on the terms and conditions for taking distance learning courses. At the same time, and for each program, a TheCOVID-19 contact person will be responsible for answering their questions. Their names and contact information will be posted on our school sites.
