INSEEC’s Real Estate & Finance Bachelor’s degree combines theoretical and practical knowledge, directly applied during periods spent in companies. This program allows you to progressively specialize and develop skills that will be useful throughout your career in finance and real estate.
In the first and second years, you’ll take general courses in marketing, finance, business and management. These courses are common to all Bachelor students. In the third year, your courses will be directly linked to your Finance & Real Estate specialization. For example, you can take the following courses:

On completion of INSEEC’s Real Estate & Finance Bachelor’s program, you will be awarded a level 6 RNCP diploma in Financial Management and Controlling. This recognized qualification is equivalent to a 3rd year undergraduate and will enable you to be immediately operational at the end of your studies. What are the admission requirements for INSEEC’s Real Estate & Finance Bachelor?
To enter the first year of the Real Estate & Finance Bachelor’s program, you must have obtained your high school diploma or equivalent diploma.
For admission to the second year, you must have completed one year of higher education and obtained 60 ECTS credits.
Finally, to enter the Bachelor’s program in the third year, you need to have completed a 2nd year undergraduate, i.e. 120 ECTS credits.
