Twenty years ago, INSEEC opened specialized Masters of Science and MBA programs in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Chambéry and London, based on the expertise of its faculty and the reputation of the Master in Management (MIM) program. These programs take one or two years to complete and are certified by the RNCP (French National Institute of Professional Studies) at level 7. 8 areas of expertise are offered: Digital, Finance, Sports, Management & Business Development, Luxury & Wine, Communication, Marketing & Management, Health & Human Resources.
Why choose this program?
The objective of this program is to train executives who are specialists in corporate finance and more specifically in equity transactions. The teaching is divided into three main areas: Financial Diagnosis, Financial Engineering and Investment Banking. Through this training, students will learn to master the financial, legal and fiscal dimensions of financing operations, enabling them to design and implement financial packages in line with the development objectives of companies. Upon completion of this training, students will be able to hold the following positions Mergers and acquisitions analyst, Financing manager, Corporate account manager, Credit analyst, Financial manager.
