Presentation of the school

Twenty years ago, INSEEC opened specialized Masters of Science and MBA programs in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Chambéry and London, based on the expertise of its faculty and the reputation of the Master in Management (MIM) program. These programs take one or two years to complete and are certified by the RNCP (French National Institute of Professional Studies) at level 7. 8 areas of expertise are offered: Digital, Finance, Sports, Management & Business Development, Luxury & Wine, Communication, Marketing & Management, Health & Human Resources.

Why choose this program?

The postgraduate program in Human Resources Management places as much emphasis on acquiring HRM concepts and tools as on the student’s ability to understand the nature of social relations in the company and to know how to integrate into it. The training is broadly oriented towards the development of relational, managerial and psycho-behavioral qualities of the student. It is a very complete and demanding training program that trains students to be operational as soon as they join a company. To this end, the program will focus more specifically on issues related to the globalization of companies and, more concretely, to international recruitment. The objective is to provide future Human Resources managers with a high level of training in labor law, social auditing and compensation policy.
