INSEEC’s MSc Banking Digitalization & Financial Management is a one- or two-year program designed to train students in the transformation of banking models. Indeed, these models are undergoing profound changes, marked by the development of FinTech (Financial Technology) and online banking services. To meet the demands of banks and companies, the MSc offers an innovative, professional training program.

During this course, you will learn how to use the tools needed to implement a digital transformation in a company. You’ll also learn how to design and propose original and relevant digital offers that correspond to customer uses.

The MSc Banking Digitalization & Financial Management is offered on the Bordeaux and Paris campus with a work-study program. This means you’ll be working while you study, and will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge while gaining experience.

Finally, this program offers two possible start dates: the first in September/October and the second in February/March.

What is the program of the MSc Banking Digitalization & Financial Manager?

The MSc Banking Digitalization & Financial Management includes cross-disciplinary courses in budget management, English, negotiation and IT. In addition, you’ll take courses specific to your financial specialization. You will study the following subjects in particular:

  • taxation ;
  • market finance ;
  • corporate finance ;
  • risk management and compliance ;
  • banking environment and financing techniques ;
  • financial analysis and diagnosis ;
  • Fintech, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency marketing;
  • digital banking & retail banking ;
  • asset management and collective investment.

During your training, you will also prepare for and take the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) certification. This certification is mandatory for certain financial professions (financial or investment service providers).

What is the diploma awarded by the MSc Banking Digitalisation & Financial Manager?

By following this course, you can obtain a level 7 “Expert in Financial Analysis” qualification, registered with the RNCP, which corresponds to a 2nd year postgraudate level qualification. To obtain this certification, you need to validate a number of cross-functional skill blocks and skill blocks specific to your financial specialization.

To join the MSc Banking Digitization & Financial Manager, you need to have a “rd year undergraduate diploma. It can be a licence, a bachelor or even a BUT. Students with a 1st year postgraduate diploma can apply directly to go into the 2nd year of this MSc i.e. in the fifth year, and complete their master’s degree in one year at INSEEC.

Is it possible to study abroad during the MSc Banking Digitalization & Financial Management?

The MSc Banking Digitalization & Financial Management does not include international mobility during the two years of study. However, you will have the opportunity to take part in internships during your studies. These internships can often be carried out abroad.
